We feel that the facilities and services that we offer are at least as good as many of the hotels in Rye. Hotel bedrooms often have their own Tea and Coffee making facilities and televisions. They do not usually have their own lounge and kitchen or even outside space which we can often offer!
From a pricing point of view we can sometimes compete even for two adults on a 2 night stay for larger groups we can really compete with prices of most hotels in Rye!
